Role Description Specialists for Consultancy in the Caribbean will provide expert advisory services to support Foundation of Jasper’s initiatives related to family-based industries, housing and basic needs security, and youth and professional development. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting contextual research on Caribbean communities, designing and reviewing program frameworks, providing strategic input on project implementation, and collaborating with local and international partners. Specialists will prepare reports, recommendations, and training materials, and may contribute to coaching or discussion forums to share best practices and insights. This is a contract, remote role, requiring regular virtual meetings and clear communication with the Foundation of Jasper team and stakeholders across the Caribbean region. Qualifications Experience in international development, social impact, or community-based projects, preferably within the Caribbean region. Proven ability in program design, implementation, and evaluation, with a focus on family, youth, or livelihoods initiatives. Strong skills in research, data analysis, and preparation of clear, actionable reports and recommendations. Demonstrated capacity for stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and cross-cultural communication. Understanding of faith-informed or values-based development approaches and willingness to work within a faith-driven organizational context. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional Caribbean languages are an asset. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet agreed timelines. Relevant advanced degree (e.g., in Development Studies, Economics, Sociology, Public Policy, or related fields) preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
