You will get to: Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle Performing appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency Completing approved service on customer vehicles Testing and adjusting vehicle systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications Performing scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups. Advising customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements Maintaining mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner Supporting customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries What does it take to get on track? Candidates must hold a Licensed or Red Seal status in the Automotive Service Technician trade. A minimum of 2 years of automotive experience and a valid driver's license are required.
