Competitive Wages: $22-$30/hour based on skills and experience Productivity based bonus program after 3 months of employment Regular shifts with opportunities for on-call, after hours, overtime A Safe and clean work environment Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family RRSP program with company matching to help you reach your financial goals Discounts for you and your family on tires, parts, and services at all Fountain Tire locations Continual learning courses The opportunity for growth into apprenticeships and leadership positions Company vehicle for service calls Your duties will include: Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger, light truck, medium truck, farm, industrial and OTR tires and wheels in a safe and efficient manner Inspecting tires and wheels and delivering onsite customer tire maintenance programs Reset and repair tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) Complete specialty tire work Ensure all equipment, tools and supplies are returned in good working condition to proper location Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner Accurate and professional customer service Maintaining tire service equipment Understanding and adhering to safe operation of all equipment What does it take to get on track? Professional farm/OTR or automotive tire experience would be an asset Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic computer skills Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms Interested and qualified?
