Duration: 7 Months Typical Day in Role: Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Facilitate requirements walkthrough sessions with business and technology stakeholders. Collaborate with technology teams on solution design and API integration requirements. Demonstrates an informed knowledge of equities and bonds business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities. Support development of delivery roadmaps, timelines, and milestones. Identify, track, and help resolve risks, issues, and dependencies. Produce and maintain key documentation (user stories, process flows, requirement documents). Act as liaison between business, technology, and delivery teams. Support and coordinate testing activities. Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Business Analysis experience within financial services, with exposure to equities and bonds trading, brokerage, or digital platforms preferred. Experience working with system integrations and APIs, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments is essential, along with strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Worked on any complex projects they have done (preferably capital markets, bonds, equity and trading) Nice-To-Have Skills: Exposure to fractional share initiative Hands on experience with supporting and coordinating with testing activities like UAT and QA. Soft skills: The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The candidate should demonstrate sound judgment, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a track record of supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.
