What You’ll Do Day-To-Day Performs non-routine and varied engineering assignments typically in areas of design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, preparation of specifications, execution of field tasks and resolution of field problems. Receives minimal assistance and instruction on most assignments and solutions. Ensures compliance with government, organization and customer engineering standards. Independently evaluates, selects and applies a variety of technical techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgement in making adaptations and modifications. Continues to develop knowledge of organization processes and customers. Works on special projects, as directed. Performs other related duties and tasks, as required. Utilizes existing and/or acquired technical expertise to find improved technical solutions to support the product life cycle/replacement of current Framatome technologies. Actively participates in solving technical issues identified by project management, business line management or by customer request with the objective to increase business opportunities for Framatome Canada Ltd. Maintains a safety mindset. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 4 years of related experience. Registered Professional Engineering License (P. Eng.). Knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria. Good communication skills to comprehend and convey detailed technical data. Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment. Good problem identification and problem resolution skills. Displays informal leadership characteristics. Exhibits questioning attitude and practices self-checking. Advanced proficiency with specialized software tools and programming languages as required by the role. Total Rewards Package Salary: $85,000 - $116,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. The role involves performing varied engineering assignments including design, analysis, testing, and the execution of field tasks to support product life cycles. You will ensure compliance with engineering standards while independently evaluating technical solutions to support nuclear energy operations.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and possess at least 4 years of related experience. A registered Professional Engineering License (P. Eng.) is required along with proficiency in specialized technical software and strong collaborative skills.
