We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to be based in Vancouver, BC or Calgary, AB Metropolitan areas, working remotely as part of our North American Sales Team across the Americas. In this role, we seek a proactive self-starter with strong communication and collaboration skills to take ownership of our Western Canada territory covering the market from Manitoba westward to British Columbia. As an Area Sales Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage and execute sales strategies that contribute to our territory goals while representing Framery within the local market. Success in this role comes from building and nurturing strong relationships with our Dealer Partners, the A&D community, End Users, Commercial Real Estate teams, and Government Entities. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across North America and refine our dealer network, helping them grow and strengthen their Framery business. Globally, our sales team consists of approximately 60 professionals, with a strong, collaborative presence of team members based across North America. Overall, our broader continental organization includes a dedicated network of experts in sales, support, logistics, and technician roles, all working together to ensure our customers' success. We are looking for: Prior sales experience in the local office furniture market, with an understanding of Dealer, A&D, and End User sales channels. An established industry network and existing professional relationships within the designated territory. Entrepreneurial and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to manage projects and tasks independently. Team-oriented mindset, collaborating with internal and external partners to drive customer success. Ability to travel actively within the Western Canadian territory and occasionally (1-4x/year) to Finland or other global locations for training and conferences. Base in either the Vancouver or Calgary Metropolitan Areas. Why consider this role? Compensation: The compensation for this role features a base salary in the range of $130,000 to $150,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience. With an expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $170,000 to $195,000 CAD yearly, the role includes participation in an uncapped performance-based bonus program, with payouts assessed twice per year and tied to sales performance within the assigned region. Recruitment Process: 1st Interview round remotely. (2nd Follow-up interview remotely) 2nd Interview round live in Vancouver or Calgary (or other agreed location). 3rd interview remotely or live with the Head of Sales. Reference checks.
