Job Summary Execution of grilling and cooking foods to meet specific cooking temps Food preparation and maintenance of quality standards Maintain, uphold sanitation and food safety handling Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within brand guidelines Preparation of all raw ingredients Train staff in preparation, cooking and food handling Qualifications Minimum of 2- 3 years progressive kitchen/cooking experience Experience in full service restaurants Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff Ability to manage with a high level of attention to detail Compensation Package - $20 - $24 per hour Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour Work Location: In person
