Basic Functions * Inform Customers about our services offered and hardware options (Buy and Sell/Trade-in Options) * Provide exceptional customer service throughout all stages of a sale life cycle ? from greeting, informing, selling, or answering customer inquiries to assisting them to make a choice in selecting the hardware and set up their billing method. * Troubleshoot hardware problems to limit customer visits from one store to another and landing in the warranty centre. * Determine the needs of our Customers and provide recommendations for the best solution to meet their needs. * Greet in store/Over the phone Customers in a Polite, Friendly and Professional manner * Meet individual and team performance sales quota, tasklist, check list according to Wind/ Management guidelines. * Technical Skills Required * Be able to operate a computer with minimal to no supervision * Fluent in Microsoft Office (Specially Excel and Word) * Ability to quickly adapt to the use of our Retail Software * Ability to fill out online forms accurately and trouble shoot any issues that may arise without the supervision of a manager/supervisor and minimal phone calls to help line Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work remotely * No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $17.60 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Work Location: In person
