The company Smartym Pro has been involved in software development for european and USA customers for 11 years. We performed hundreds of significant projects during these years. The majority of projects was developed completely by Smartym Pro team and there are some projects where our employees work directly in client teams. We develop a CRM system for investment companies, which allows you to optimize the work of investment funds, start-up projects, banks, payment systems (document flow, financial reporting, internal communication with company clients). Who We Are Looking For developer who is ready to take responsibility for the development of new functionality 5+ years of experience as a backend developer Technical Stack Back end: Microservices using Java 17 and mi[ of bootstrap frameworks (Spring boot, Dagger, Spark, JDBI, Dropwizard, Spark, Flyway) Testing: Unit 5, Mockito, WireMock, RestAssured, TestContainers, LocalStack Containerisation: Docker with Nomad, ECS, Traefic AWS: RDS, EC2, ECR, ECS, SQS, SNS, VPS MySQL English: B2 (have experience of communicating with English-speaking customers) It's good if knowledge can be Devops Github with Github Actions for CI, GoCD deployment pipelines Humio and Instana for logging and analysis Benefits Flexible working conditions: working from home or at office Competitive salary pegged to USD and performance-based bonuses Working in complex and interesting Java projects, with a good tech stack Onboarding Process Prescreening General interview with engineering or project manager Technical interview with a project Lead Usually it takes 1 week from the first interview till the decision.

The developer will be responsible for developing new functionality for a CRM system designed for investment companies. This includes optimizing workflows for investment funds, banks, and payment systems.

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience as a backend developer with a strong command of Java 17 and microservices. Proficiency in English (B2 level) for communicating with international customers is required.
