Résumé du poste

Vice President of Kitting & Integration – Global Supply Chain (Aerospace & Power) Location: Montreal, Canada ABOUT FTAI AVIATION LTD. (NASDAQ: FTAI) FTAI owns and maintains commercial jet engines with a focus on the Maintenance, Repair and Exchange (MRE) of CFM56 and V2500 engines. FTAI’s propriety portfolio of products, including The Module Factory and a joint venture to distribute engine PMA helps make CFM56 and V2500 engine maintenance simpler, more cost-effective, significantly faster, and more environmentally friendly. Additionally, FTAI owns and leases jet aircraft which often facilitates the acquisition of engines at attractive prices. FTAI invests in aviation assets and aerospace products that generate strong and stable cash flows with the potential for earnings growth and asset appreciation. JOB OVERVIEW FTAI Aviation is seeking a senior leader to head Kitting & Integration for the Montreal supply chain supporting both the Aerospace business and FTAI Power as we scale the business. This individual will own the end-to-end kitting and integration process across both businesses — ensuring parts, materials, and components are accurately sourced, staged, and packaged to support engine/module builds and turbine conversion. The role serves as the primary point of contact (POC) between supply chain, production, and engineering, ensuring kits are delivered complete, on time, and to spec to support production and turnaround targets across both segments. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role requiring strong operational rigor, supply chain expertise, and the ability to manage relationships across internal stakeholders and external partners as FTAI scales both its core Aerospace business and its Power business. Responsibilities: * Lead the global kitting and integration function across Aerospace and FTAI Power, overseeing processes that ensure engine/module and turbine conversion build kits are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule. * Develop and implement standardized kitting processes, documentation, and quality controls supporting both Aerospace and Power. * Ensure the configuration of the parts kitted for the Aerospace or FTAI Power business matches the specifications required by the engine or unit. * Ensure kits are within appropriate ranges of cost and drive cost savings through the selection of parts for the engine or power unit. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce kit shortages, cycle time, and rework, using data and KPIs to track performance. * Collaborate with IT to support the implementation of Palantir to support the efficiency of the Kitting and Integration team. * Partner with Planning and Operation teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability to support kitting demand across both Aerospace and Power production. * Build, lead, and develop a high-performing kitting/integration team in Montreal, once fully operational and efficient, would be responsible for rolling out the process and procedures across the FTAI Network, supporting the growth of both businesses. * Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards across all kitting and integration activities. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business management, or a related field. * 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or materials management, including senior leadership experience. * Experience in aerospace strongly preferred. * Strong knowledge of kitting, inventory management, production planning, parts configuration, and cost optimization. * Proven ability to lead teams, scale processes, and drive continuous improvement. * Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. * Bilingual in English and French. Equal Opportunity Statement: FTAI Aviation is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity in the workplace. We are committed to excellence in serving all customers, including people with disabilities, and we encourage feedback on the provision of these services. Language Requirements in Quebec: Intermediate level knowledge of English is necessary for aeronautical personnel to meet regulatory requirements, understand technical procedures and instructions, and document entries regarding work performed on the aeronautical product for customers outside Quebec.
