Maintenance Coordinator

Salary: FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $42.00 - $46.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure timely and proactive maintenance activities. * Implement systems to monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and schedule preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns. * Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance tasks. * Utilize data analytics to identify trends, predict potential failures, and optimize maintenance strategies. * Conduct thorough analyses of existing manufacturing processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. * Explore and implement new technologies and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance overall operational capabilities. * Work collaboratively with various departments, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and synergy in process improvement initiatives. * Lead Safety and 6S activities. QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR: * 5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing industry * Excellent communication skills * Progressive approach to maintenance and process improvement driven * Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills * Working knowledge on mechanical/electrical systems and components * Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. * Knowledge of fire, life, safety and building codes and standards and ability to research and apply replated codes and standards * Understanding of Operational Excellence, an asset * Lead Safety, 6S and sustainability activities.
