GEN AI Fullstack Engineer

Title – Gen AI full stack Engineer Location – Mississauga, ON(Canada) Work mode Hybrid(3 days office per week) Duration – Full time JD :We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (8+ years’ experience) to join our AI Engineering Team, focused on building and scaling agentic AI solutions and taking AI systems from concept to production-grade, enterprise-ready platforms . This role requires deep hands-on experience across frontend, backend, AI integration, and DevOps, with strong ownership of system design, deployment, and operational excellence. You will work closely with ML engineers, business owners and product teams to deliver robust, scalable AI-powered application s. Key Responsibilit iesFull Stack & AI Application Developm ent•Design and build end-to-end AI-powered applications using modern frontend and backend framewor ks.•Integrate LLM and agentic AI components into user-facing and system-facing workflo ws.•Develop APIs and services that support agent orchestration, tool calling, and workflow executi on.•Build intuitive UIs for AI-assisted workflows, human-in-the-loop interactions, and monitori ng.Agentic AI & Production Syst ems•Work with ML/Data teams to operationalize models and agentic systems into producti on.•Implement RAG pipelines, vector search integration, and AI inference laye rs.•Handle model lifecycle concerns: versioning, configuration, evaluation hooks, and rollout strategi es.•Build safeguards, validations, and fallback mechanisms for AI-driven workflo ws.DevOps, Reliability & Sc ale•Own CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment of AI applicatio ns.•Ensure systems meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability requiremen ts.•Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and cost visibility for AI and application componen ts.•Collaborate with platform and security teams to ensure compliance and operational readine ss.Architecture & Collaborat ion•Contribute to system and application architecture decisions for AI platfor ms.•Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and review contributions from pee rs.•Mentor engineers and raise the bar on engineering and AI delivery practic es.•Partner with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutio ns. Required Qualificat ions•7+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Senior Software Engin eer.•Strong proficiency in backend development Pyt hon.•Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks Re act.•Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML or LLM-based services into applicati ons.•Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed syst ems.•Design and build end-to-end AI-powered applications using modern frontend and backend framewo rks.

The role involves designing and building end-to-end AI-powered applications and integrating AI components into workflows. The engineer will also be responsible for operationalizing AI systems and ensuring system reliability and performance.

Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in full stack development, with strong proficiency in Python and React. Experience in integrating AI/ML services and a solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices is also required.
