Our FYidoctors Ottawa - Beechwood Ave, and FYidoctors Ottawa - Orleans clinics are looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy! In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is a part-time role working 20-29 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday. What You’ll Do Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required What You Bring Previous retail experience is considered an asset Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively How You'll Benefit French/English bilingualism is required.
