The role involves preparing cost estimates, reading blueprints, and assembling materials made of wood or steel. Additionally, the candidate will schedule site work and supervise a team of 3-4 workers.

Candidates must have a high school graduation certificate and between 1 to 2 years of experience. The role requires the ability to work in noisy and dusty commercial or industrial environments.
