No towing or dispatch experience? No problem — we provide full training to help you build your skills and confidence. About the Role As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the reassuring voice on the other end of the line when someone needs help. You’ll gather information, offer support, and make sure the right assistance gets to the right place. You’ll also help oversee the administrative and customer service functions of our vehicle compound, serving as a key point of contact for customers visiting in person. This includes assisting at the front counter, coordinating vehicle access, and ensuring documentation is handled in accordance with legislation and company policy. With experience and training, you’ll have the opportunity to take on Dispatcher responsibilities, coordinating field teams and helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a 24/7 shift-based role, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. What We’re Looking For We care more about your mindset than your experience.
