Join a Busy, Growing Optometry Practice We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and patient-focused Optician to join our busy and growing optometry practice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, connecting with patients, and helping people find eyewear that looks great, feels comfortable, and meets their visual needs. We’re looking for someone friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional, tailored experience. Some Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional, personalized service to every patient Assist patients with frame selection, lens options, and eyewear styling Take accurate measurements and ensure proper frame fitting and adjustments Explain lens technologies, coatings, and eyewear options in an easy-to-understand way Process eyewear orders and coordinate with optical labs and suppliers Manage optical sales, follow-ups, repairs, adjustments, and warranty needs Maintain an organized, welcoming, and well-presented optical area Work closely with optometrists and the rest of the team to provide seamless patient care Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace Key Qualifications Licensed Optician or Optician with relevant industry experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills A genuine passion for patient care and helping people Confident product knowledge and a strong interest in eyewear and fashion Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment Professional, positive, and dependable attitude Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member Italian-speaking is an asset Saturdays are required Why Join Us? The Optician provides personalized service by assisting patients with frame selection, lens options, and accurate measurements. They are also responsible for processing eyewear orders, managing repairs, and coordinating with optical labs.

Candidates must be a Licensed Optician or have relevant industry experience with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work Saturdays and proficiency in Italian is considered an asset.
