Title: ServiceNow Developer & Administrator Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Mandatory Skills ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development (custom apps, scripting, workflows). Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and integration technologies (REST/SOAP). Experience in Agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration. Good to Have Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit). Knowledge of IRM (Integrated Risk Management) capabilities. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, NIST). We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
