Role : Sr Java Developer Location : Toronto, ON (Hybrid-3/4 days onsite) Interview Process First Round: Virtual Interview Final Round: F2F Interview Job Summary Seeking a strong Senior Java Developer with deep Core Java, Multithreading, and Concurrency expertise to build frameworks and reusable components supporting payments technology teams. Key Skills Strong Core Java – OOP, collections, memory management, exception handling. Multithreading & Concurrency – thread creation/management, synchronization, locks, thread pools, race conditions, deadlocks, thread coordination. Java Concurrency APIs – ExecutorService, CompletableFuture, Future, ConcurrentHashMap, BlockingQueue, etc. Strong Spring & Spring Boot experience. Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and asynchronous processing. Experience building scalable, high-performance applications/frameworks. Payments/banking experience is preferred. Priority: Core Java & Concurrency > Spring > Spring Boot > Event-Driven Architecture. JBoss/WebSphere/application server experience is not a key requirement. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
