Ganaraska Animal Clinic has been a trusted part of the Port Hope community and surrounding area for over 25 years. We are currently seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team, offering an average of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. We are looking for an individual who excels in providing exceptional customer service and is passionate about delivering outstanding care to both our clients and patients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to seamlessly multitask between in-person client interactions, managing multiple phone lines, and responding to emails in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a busy setting. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is an asset. Veterinary practice management software experience is ideal but is not required. What we offer: Competitive wages based on experience.
