Hourly wage of $23.00/hr Stable part-time opportunity with fix schedule: Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Uniform provided at no cost Supportive team environment where your safety and well-being are a top priority Employee recognition programs to reqard your hard work and dedication Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Responsibilities For Campus Security Guard Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the premises on a regular basis Monitor for unauthorized activity, safety hazards, and security breaches Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms Provide First Aid (OFA 2 level) when required and complete all necessary documentation Maintain accurate reports including daily activity logs, incident reports, and shift pass-ons Enforce site policies and procedures in a professional and consistent manner Assist with access control and ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for staff, students, and visitors Communicate effectively with supervisors and emergency services when required Qualifications For Campus Security Guard Be legally authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid BC security worker license Intermediate First aid certification - OFA 2 - required Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills Strong report writing and technology skills Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus Demonstrated ability to act decisively in high-pressure situations Strong proficiency with technology Physically able to drive, patrol, stand, and walk for extended periods Proficient in basic phone & computer skills This could be more than a job! Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to monitor for unauthorized activity and safety hazards. Respond to emergencies and provide First Aid (OFA 2) while maintaining accurate activity logs and reports.

Must hold a valid BC security worker license and Intermediate First Aid certification (OFA 2). Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and possess strong communication and physical stamina for extended patrols.
