You embrace change and thrive in the heart of the action. As a casual Security Guard, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? * Hourly wage $22.44+/ hour depending on experience * 7-on/7-off, 14-on/14-off, and other rotation schedules depending on site requirements 12- hour shifts * Accommodations provided * Camp position casual (Flights from Edmonton / Calgary) * We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy * Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld * Uniform provided at no cost RESPONSIBILITIES FOR FLY-IN/FLY-OUT SURVEILLANCE CASUAL SECURITY GUARD * Monitor the premises to ensure security * Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity * Address incidents or potential threats quickly * Write detailed reports on events and incidents * Control access points and check identification * Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security * Partner with authorities during serious situations QUALIFICATIONS FOR FLY-IN/FLY-OUT SURVEILLANCE CASUAL SECURITY GUARD * Be authorized to work in Canada * Hold a valid security license * First aid certification * CSO (Common Safety Orientation) * Class 5 driver license advanced * Clean Driver Abstract * Pass a drug test 8 panel * Clean shaven for an N95 Fit mask * Wildlife Awareness & Wildlife Intermediate * Field Ergonomics & OHS Legislation Awareness * High School Diploma or equivariant * Strong problem-solving skills This could be more than a job!
