As a Hospital Security Supervisor, there is a high focus on leading team of security guards, seamless overall Security operations and exceptional customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in Hospital environment. Hourly wage of $ 20.24 + comprehensive benefits We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Permanent positions: Monday to Friday (0730-1530) Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Hospital Security Supervisor Required to lead a team of on site security officers Maintenance and upkeep of the daily security officer schedule Responsible for ensuring post orders are maintained, updated and followed by all security officers Issuing and managing Access cards Ensure guards are efficiently using G-track during their Patrols CCTV Monitoring Maintain a safe and secure environment Direct liaison with site client on a daily basis Responding to Fire Alarm/Emergency Situations Other duties assigned Qualifications for Hospital Security Supervisor Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid Manitoba security license First aid certification an asset Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills Fluent in English, both written and orally Previous experience as a Supervisor ( Asset) High school education or equivalent Excellent computer skills Apply today – this could be more than a job! 26% of our corporate employees started as frontline workers.
