Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard? What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths. As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as Government Buildings, Sports Facilities, Retail Environments, Secure Facilities, etc. Shift Timings: Friday 09:15 - 18:15 & Saturday 09:15-17:15 Location: N6B 2S3 What's in it for you? Hourly wage of $20.60 We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Flexible schedules with various shifts available Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Full-time & part-time opportunities Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for a Tactical Security Guard Patrol critical areas to spot any suspicious activity Check identification and control access to secure areas React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras Handle alarms and conduct on-site checks Partner with law enforcement during serious incidents Community outreach with vulnerable populations Enforcement of the Trespass to Property Act Qualifications for a Tactical Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid security license First aid certification 1 year of security industrty experience Ability to stand and walk throughout shift Able to pass an Advanced Use of Force Training Course Knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Powers of Arrest This could be more than a job! Exigences

Candidates must hold a valid security license, first aid certification, and have at least one year of industry experience. Additionally, they must be authorized to work in Canada and capable of passing an Advanced Use of Force Training Course.
