The Security Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of on-site guards to ensure smooth security operations and exceptional customer service. They must manage daily schedules, oversee incident reporting, and ensure all team members adhere to security protocols.

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in security and team management, along with a valid Ontario security license and First aid certification. Excellent leadership, communication, and computer skills are required, and applicants must be authorized to work in Canada.
