Your strong observation skills with attention to detail are your greatest strengths. As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as security operation centres, call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc. What's in it for you? Hourly Wage $19.77 Schedule is 14 on 14 off, 12 hr shifts Own transportation to and from site required We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Flexible schedules with various shifts available Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Full-time & part-time opportunities Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Camp Security Guard Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety of the premises Control access to secure areas and check visitor identification Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions Work with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies Qualifications for Camp Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada Hold an Alberta valid security license First aid certification Strong report writing skills Full Class 5 Drivers License Clean Drivers Abstract CSO - Common Safety Orientation Strong proficiency with technology Ability to stand and walk throughout shift This could be more than a job!
