Working in environments like residential streets, commercial areas, and public zones, you will help enforce municipal parking regulations ensuring safety, accessibility, and order across the city. Responsibilities For Surveillance Security Guard Monitor designated areas to detect parking violations and suspicious activity. Issue tickets in accordance with municipal by-law traffic regulations. Document events and incidents by completing detailed reports and daily logs. Respond quickly to potential incidents or safety concerns. Conduct regular mobile and foot patrols to ensure public safety and by-law compliance. Enforce parking regulations in areas such as handicap zones, no parking zones, loading zones, fire lanes, and more. Use city-issued devices to scan PODs, take photos, and enter accurate data. Collaborate with municipal enforcement or emergency services in serious or urgent situations. Qualifications For Surveillance Security Guard Legally authorized to work in Canada. First Aid Certification required. Clean criminal background, vulnerable Sector Check and clean drivers abstract Strong report writing skills. Good vision and excellent focus/concentration abilities.
