Condominium Superintendent Training Instructor Part-Time Contract • Garrison Residential Group • Toronto, ON About the Program Garrison Residential Group's Condominium Superintendent Training Program is an intensive 80-hour course delivered over four weeks, covering eight core modules: safety, building envelope science, HVAC, cooling systems, indoor air quality, electrical systems, Building Automation Systems, fire protection, water safety, and preventive maintenance — all grounded in Ontario-specific legislation and building codes. Role Overview We're seeking an experienced instructor to teach our Condominium Superintendent Training Program on a part-time contract basis. You'll deliver hands-on, practical instruction to prepare the next generation of building superintendents for Ontario's condominium sector. Responsibilities ● Deliver the 80-hour curriculum across the four-week program, covering all eight modules ● Adapt teaching methods for adult learners, including those who may be English language learners ● Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback ● Keep course content current with Ontario Condominium Act requirements and building code updates Qualifications ● Valid provincial superintendent/building operator license ● 10+ years of hands-on experience in building superintendent or operations roles ● Prior teaching or training experience is an asset ● Strong communication skills, comfortable working with diverse adult learners Compensation Competitive, commensurate with experience Type Part-time contract / freelance To Apply Send resume to [email protected]
