You’ll take ownership of quality control processes, documentation systems, audits, and compliance initiatives, while playing a key role in continuous improvement and new product development. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 🔥 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ✅ QUALITY & COMPLIANCE LEADERSHIP * Lead and conduct internal QA/QC audits across multiple provinces * Ensure compliance with provincial regulations, ABSA requirements, and applicable building codes (CSA B31.9 & B31.5) * Review brazing procedures and coordinate certification testing * Monitor permit applications and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines 📁 DOCUMENTATION EXCELLENCE * Own and maintain robust document control systems * Review, verify, and file QA/QC reports and documentation with high accuracy * Prepare turnover packages aligned with customer specifications * Submit documentation for client approvals and manage feedback cycles * Ensure all field documentation is complete, accurate, and finalized 🔧 PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & PROGRAM OWNERSHIP * Update and maintain the QA/QC Manual annually * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality * Coordinate with warehouse teams on incoming materials * Ensure all project documentation meets final approval requirements 🎯 LEADERSHIP & INFLUENCE * Drive the quality message across the organization * Coach and mentor teams on QA/QC standards and best practices * Support consistent program execution across Western Canadian operations * Promote accountability and continuous improvement at all levels -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 💥 WHAT SETS YOU APART (MUST-HAVES) We are looking for someone who brings more than experience—you bring ownership and authority in quality: ✔ Extremely process-driven mindset – you build, follow, and improve systems ✔ Exceptional documentation skills – accuracy is your standard ✔ Detail-oriented to the core – nothing gets missed ✔ Strong understanding of process piping systems ✔ Current, working knowledge of CSA B31.9 & B31.5 codes ✔ Deep understanding of ABSA requirements, with an established relationship with ABSA ✔ Proven track record of leading and spearheading QA/QC audits across multiple provinces ✔ Outstanding auditing and compliance expertise ✔ High level of accountability and ownership ✔ Ability to coach, mentor, and influence teams across geographically dispersed operations ***** Experience in Commercial Refrigeration a major asset.***** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 💼 WHY JOIN US? * Work with a team that takes quality seriously * Make a visible impact across multiple provinces * Be a key driver in shaping and strengthening our QA/QC program * Grow your technical expertise in a dynamic environment -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ✅ READY TO LEAD QUALITY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL?
