What You'll Do * Operate cremation equipment following established procedures. * Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care. * Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes. * Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly. * Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment. * Work with teammates to meet daily production goals. The Operations Team Member is responsible for operating cremation equipment and creating memorial keepsakes with high attention to detail. They must also maintain a clean, safe work environment while ensuring all pet remains are processed with dignity and respect.

No previous industry experience is required as full training is provided. Candidates must be comfortable with physical work, possess strong attention to detail, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
