HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT * Develop proactive talent pipelines. * Source candidates using creative strategies. * Conduct candidate outreach and screening. * Partner with hiring managers. * Represent Gateway at recruiting events. * Monitor labour market trends. * Support diversity hiring. * Deliver an exceptional candidate experience. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Bachelor's degree preferred. * 3+ years of sourcing/talent acquisition experience. * Experience sourcing operations or logistics talent. * Strong communication and ATS experience.
