THE RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and revise 3D models and fabrication drawings in alignment with project requirements for structural components and distributed systems. Incorporate redlines and mark-up revisions to maintain drawing accuracy and consistency. Perform quality checks to ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards and project specifications. Ensure 3D models adhere to applicable regulatory requirements, classification society rules (e.g., DNV, Lloyd’s Register), design standards, and client-specific guidelines. Read and interpret technical documentation, detailed design drawings, and construction plans related to structural and systems design. Support technical integration and provide design input across multidisciplinary shipbuilding projects as needed. ABOUT YOU Hold a technical diploma or degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in marine design across various systems or disciplines, with a solid understanding of design principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with 3D product modeling tools used in new construction and refit projects. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and design documentation is essential. Experience with design and data management tools such as AutoCAD, ShipConstructor, CADMATIC, or similar platforms. WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary and benefits.
