Description Your Role As a Gensler Architect, it’s your job to lead a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects. Leverage your diverse experience and technical acumen to drive client projects from concept through build. What You Will Do Involvement in client, team and project coordination, including documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape and civil consultants Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and all authorities having jurisdiction Produce design and technical drawings Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges Maintain project manual and specifications Conduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI’s during construction Your Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Licensed Architect 8 + years of experience in a commercial design firm Experience in commercial office buildings, building transformations, mixed-use, and/or high rise residential preferred Experience with Revit required, plus experience with Bluebeam Revu, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office. LEED, WELL, Passive House or related accreditation preferred **The base salary range will be estimated between $82,500 to $95,000. Gensler’s total compensation package is multi-layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June. Lead teams of architects and designers to deliver commercial projects from concept through construction. Coordinate with consultants and authorities while producing technical drawings and managing site visits and RFIs.

Requires a degree in Architecture, professional licensure, and at least 8 years of experience in a commercial design firm. Proficiency in Revit is required, with LEED or WELL accreditations preferred.
