We are currently hiring Full Time General Laborers/Packers to join our team! What we have to offer: $26.44 per hour to start! $26.94 per hour after probation. Full time - 40hrs a week Additional hourly shift premiums ($0.75/hr afternoon & $1.00/hr night shift) 100% company paid Health & Dental Benefits Pension plan with 100% employer paid contributions! Yearly safety shoes, tools & clothing allowances This is a mandatory rotational position, days, afternoons and night shifts rotate on a weekly basis Job Description: * Pack finished product on extrusion lines * Monitor and check product quality * Responsible for all aspects of product packaging, including making boxes, crating, labeling, identification, and reporting Qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent * Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment an asset * Ability to multitask, work under pressure * Commitment to safety Work Condition/Schedule: * MUST be able and willing to work weekly rotating shifts: Days (8am - 4pm), Afternoons (4pm - 12am), and Nights (12am - 8am). * Physical demanding, requires repetitive movements, standing and walking for prolonged periods of time, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting and lifting up to 50lbs regularly * Very fast-paced environment * Personal Protective Equipment must be worn as assigned by the Company including but not limited to safety glasses, steel-toed safety shoes, and hearing protection About Gentek: we are a leading manufacturer and distributor of vinyl & aluminum siding, windows, and other exterior home improvement products. The General Labourer is responsible for packing finished products on extrusion lines and monitoring product quality. They must also handle all aspects of packaging, including box making, crating, labeling, and reporting.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires physical stamina for repetitive movements and the ability to work rotating shifts.
