What you will be doing The Branch Manager is responsible for leading branch operations, developing employees, growing sales, and building strong customer and vendor relationships. This role drives performance, profitability, operational excellence, and team engagement while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, coach, and develop branch employees while fostering a high-performance culture. Achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets while identifying new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships. Oversee branch operations, inventory, purchasing, warehouse activities, and safety compliance. Manage budgets, expenses, financial performance, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Consistently meets or exceeds sales and profit targets. Builds an engaged and high-performing team. Maintains strong customer satisfaction and loyalty. Expands market presence and business opportunities. Ensures smooth, efficient branch operations. What you bring to the table Post-secondary education, preferably in Business or Electrical studies. Leadership experience managing a branch, region, or comparable operation. Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills. Financial management, budgeting, and operational experience. Knowledge of the electrical industry or related distribution environment preferred. Proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office applications. Customer-focused and results-driven. Strong relationship builder and team motivator. Uses data and insight to make sound business decisions. Balances people leadership with operational excellence.
