What you'll be doing If you are a hands-on, pragmatic financial leader with proven CFO experience in multi-site, complex distribution businesses, or similar complex environments who can thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture, this may be an opportunity for you. The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, accountable for safeguarding the organization's financial health, integrity, and long-term sustainability. Acting as a trusted advisor to ownership, the CFO will provide forward-looking financial insight, lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise-wide performance management, and establish KPIs that drive profitability and optimize cost structure. This individual will oversee cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to ensure financial stability, while leading banking relationships and financing strategies to support disciplined investment, growth initiatives, and acquisitions. What you bring to the table The successful candidate will be a hands-on, player-coach leader who is analytical, data-driven, and collaborative, with strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. They will lead and develop high-performing Finance and IT teams, integrate technology and ERP systems to enhance scalability, and partner closely with leadership to position the business for continued long-term success. This is a critical role for someone who operates with an ownership mindset, balances strategic thinking with execution, and can build alignment across the organization to support sustained growth.
