*RESPONSIBILITIES* * Operating embroidery machines and performing quality control for each finished product * Paying attention to specific embroidery instructions and closely monitoring work to catch errors early and ensure accuracy * Performing light troubleshooting and daily maintenance to keep machinery in top shape for fulfilling orders * Identifying the correct supplies and machine settings needed to complete each job * Inspecting all work, correcting any deviations or errors, and packaging items nicely for shipping * Reaching daily production goals * Performing other duties as assigned *QUALIFICATIONS* * High school diploma or GED equivalent * 1?2 years working with embroidery machines * Self-motivated with excellent organization and communication skills * Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressure * Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50lbs * Ability to stand for long periods of time *This is a full-time, on-site position (no remote work).
