Gestion Zagora is a young and dynamic company specializing in property management. In operation for over 5 years, the company currently owns and manages several rental properties primarily located in Montreal, the South Shore of Montreal, Gatineau, and Quebec City. As we are experiencing rapid growth, we are looking to expand our team to reach new heights. We are currently seeking a full-time Property Administrator to join our property management team in Edmonton, Alberta. You will act as a key collaborator within the team. Experience and/or interest in real estate is a strong asset. Relevant training in real estate is also an advantage. The candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. Key Responsibilities: General administrative tasks and improvement of management processes. Managing the email inbox and tickets via the Building Stack app. Lease assignments. Performing monthly administrative duties: lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, etc. Coordinating and organizing logistics for subcontractor appointments and service calls with tenants. Collaborating closely with property managers. Contributing to the overall growth and development of the company. Desired Profile: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professionalism and strong ethical standards. Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills. Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
