As we continue to experience explosive growth, we are looking for strong leaders to join our team and help us reach new heights. The Role We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager (Senior Property Manager) to take ownership of our Western Ontario operations. In this leadership role, you will oversee a large, multi-site portfolio of 1,400+ residential units. You will act as the key operational leader for the region, ensuring the smooth operation of all properties, leading a dedicated on-site team, and driving the region's financial and operational success. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of a 700+ unit residential portfolio across Atlantic. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate regional staff, including administrative assistants, concierges, and maintenance personnel. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate, develop, and implement improvements to property management processes and administrative workflows. Leasing & Inventory: Manage regional rental inventory, oversee marketing/listing strategies, and ensure occupancy targets are met. Tenant Relations: Handle high-level tenant escalations and oversee the efficient management of service tickets and communications via the Building Stack application. Financial Operations: Oversee rent collection processes, manage regional budgets, and ensure monthly administrative tasks (renewals, move-ins/move-outs, lease assignments) are executed flawlessly. Vendor & Logistics Management: Coordinate large-scale logistics for capital projects, negotiate with subcontractors, and ensure timely service calls for property maintenance. Strategic Growth: Act as a key player in the executive team, participating generally in the continued growth, acquisition strategy, and development of the company. Profile Sought Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, with proven experience managing large portfolios or multi-site operations. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of New Brunswick residential tenancy laws and real estate operations. Relevant training or certification in real estate/property management is highly desirable. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and motivate a team. Skills: Exceptional communication and customer service skills, coupled with a strong sense of professionalism and ethics. Execution: High level of autonomy, initiative, and rigorous attention to detail. Excellent time and priority management skills. Resilience: Ability to thrive and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Language: Must be fluent in English (written and verbal). Bilingualism (French and English) is considered a strong asset given our national footprint. Why Join Us?
