As a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant (Functional), you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients and a key contributor to our growing Business Central practice. You'll lead implementations, support long-term client success, and help shape the way we deliver exceptional Microsoft solutions across Canada. Here's what your day-to-day could look like: Lead and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, including discovery workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support. Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout their digital transformation journey. Understand client business processes and translate requirements into effective Business Central solutions. Manage and support a portfolio of clients, providing guidance and troubleshooting across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing, and Manufacturing modules. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and recommend industry best practices. Create and maintain project documentation, including solution design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials. Collaborate with technical consultants and developers when customizations or integrations are required. Participate in pre-sales activities such as demonstrations, estimations, and project scoping. Contribute to the growth of our Business Central practice by sharing knowledge, improving delivery methodologies, and developing reusable assets. Identify opportunities to help clients maximize the value of their Microsoft business applications. Exigences We're not looking for a unicorn. We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV in a consulting, partner, or implementation environment. Demonstrated ability to independently lead implementations and support engagements with minimal supervision. Strong functional expertise across Business Central's core modules, including Financial Management, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing, and Manufacturing. Experience with data migration, system configuration, and user training. Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A proactive and customer-focused mindset. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Nice-to-have qualifications: Microsoft Certification: MB-800 – Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate Experience with Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate. Knowledge of Business Central integrations and Microsoft ecosystem solutions. Experience working with manufacturing organizations. Exposure to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM). Avantages CompensationExpected base salary range: CAD $85,000 to $120,000 per year. The salary range provided reflects the anticipated compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, and overall fit for the role.
