Role Purpose Provide expert compensation advice and independent reward solutions across the Americas and EMEA. Apply sound judgement, market insight and deep analysis to guide pay decisions, salary structures, reward investments and workforce outcomes. Working closely with business leaders, People Teams and Compensation Partners, the role evaluates options, balances competing priorities and delivers practical recommendations that strengthen attraction, retention, equity and business performance Key Responsibilities Compensation Advisory & Business Partnering Partner with business leaders and People Teams across Americas and EMEA to understand workforce challenges and compensation needs. Provide expert guidance on remuneration decisions, pay positioning, job offers, retention risks and internal equity considerations. Evaluate options, trade-offs and risks to recommend practical and commercially sound compensation solutions. Support leaders through complex or sensitive remuneration discussions and decisions. Salary Structures, Market Pricing & Pay Equity Lead the development and maintenance of salary ranges across Americas and EMEA. Apply market data, business context and compensation principles to determine appropriate pay positioning and structures. Lead regional pay equity reviews and identify actions to improve equity outcomes. Ensure survey matching methodologies and market data applications remain accurate and fit for purpose. Salary Review & Reward Program Leadership Provide compensation leadership for annual salary review activities across the regions. Develop salary budget recommendations in partnership with Benefits and business stakeholders. Guide People Teams and business leaders throughout salary review planning, implementation and decision-making. Support the launch, governance and delivery of reward programs including VRP activities where required. Strategic Analysis & Reward Solutions Lead complex compensation analyses and assessments independently. Translate market, workforce and reward data into clear recommendations and actionable insights. Evaluate the impact of emerging workforce, labor market and business trends on compensation practices. Develop solutions that balance business needs, employee experience, governance and affordability. Anticipate risks, dependencies and downstream impacts when recommending actions. Reward Capability, Frameworks & Continuous Improvement Improve compensation frameworks, tools, guidance and decision-making resources. Identify recurring themes, capability gaps and opportunities for simplification. Oversee development of compensation learning and education for People Teams, leaders and employees. Build organizational understanding of reward principles, pay decisions and reward governance. Strengthen consistency, scalability and effectiveness of compensation practices across the regions. Expectations Develop trusted relationships with BPLs and People Teams and maintain regular engagement to understand emerging business needs. Korn Ferry Job Architecture would be Highly Regarded Deliver independent, evidence-based recommendations on complex compensation matters. Complete at least one significant business-focused compensation project or analysis each quarter. Strengthen compensation capability through improved guidance, tools and learning solutions. Identify opportunities to improve frameworks, decision quality and consistency across the regions.
