The Role We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our iconic Longhorn Saloon in Whistler Village. It is known for its exceptional food, service, and après atmosphere, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for providing an unforgettable mountain experience! As the Assistant General Manager of The Longhorn Saloon, you will help provide a first-class experience for our guests and team members as well as guide the company towards profitability and long-term success. You will be assist in overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will guide a dedicated team, nurturing a positive work culture while driving performance and maintaining our reputation as a premier destination in Whistler. Key Responsibilities * Full sales & product knowledge * Schedule and managing a team (including recruitment, training and development, coaching and discipline management) * Attend and contribute to regular operations meeting focused on profit and revenue, labour and employee feedback * Daily inventory to ensure the business is set up for success for the following shift * Liquor licence compliance * Champion internal feedback and hook up programs * Marketing and event execution * Uphold Core Values.
