The Opportunity Are you a people-person who loves being in the middle of a busy restaurant? We're looking for energetic Support team members to help keep service moving and create great guest experiences at one of Whistler's favourite venues. This is a hands-on floor role that works closely with the service team. You'll be greeting guests, moving between tables, delivering food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, and jumping in wherever you're needed to keep the guest experience running smoothly. What You Bring to the Table * A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for guest service. * Great communication skills with both guests and teammates. * Ability to stay cool and collected in a fast-paced setting. * Serving It Right certified (must be 19+). * Experience in hospitality is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right fit! Your Days Will Look Like * Greet guests with a warm welcome and positive energy. * Manage seating and reservations with flow and finesse. * Support servers by delivering food and drinks promptly. * Clear and reset tables to keep service smooth and seamless. * Share knowledge about the menu and specials with confidence. * Help answer guest questions and provide recommendations. * Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines. * Keep the vibe high and the team spirit strong!
