We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in retail management, and the ability to foster a positive work environment. This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the capability to manage various aspects of store operations, including inventory control, employee training, and customer service. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in merchandising, pricing, and marketing efforts to drive sales. Qualifications Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. Experience in cash handling, cashiering, and retail math. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control processes. Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for customer engagement. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
