Trainees will learn to repair and replace auto glass for domestic and foreign vehicles while mastering ADAS calibration and rock chip repair. They are also responsible for maintaining high customer service standards and utilizing mobile technology for work orders.

Candidates need a valid driver's license with a clean record and the ability to lift 50 lbs. They must have either one year of auto glass experience or strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
