JOB SUMMARY Karas Security is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time OFA Level 3 Security Guard to support site operations. This role requires strong attention to safety, the ability to respond to incidents, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Patrol and monitor assigned sites * Ensure safety of people, property, and assets * Control site access and maintain visitor/vehicle logs * Conduct CCTV monitoring * Respond to incidents and emergencies * Provide first aid when required (OFA 3 level) * Complete detailed incident and daily reports accurately and on time * Secure site equipment and support site-specific needs REQUIREMENTS * Valid OFA Level 3 Certification * Valid BC Security Worker License (BST) * Part-time availability with flexibility to work rotating schedules (days, evenings, weekends as required) * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 15 lbs+ * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English * Ability to write clear, accurate incident reports * Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations COMPENSATION & BENEFITS * $21.00 per hour * Extended health and dental benefits (as per company eligibility) APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS * Security License (BST/AST) * OFA Level 3 Certificate
