What You'll Do As a key member of our service team, you'll: Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards Perform maintenance and repairs on engines, drivetrains, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and more Maintain a "Fix It Right the First Time" mentality Road test vehicles for diagnostic and quality control purposes Complete inspections accurately and thoroughly Document repairs using detailed condition, cause, and correction notes Identify additional maintenance and repair opportunities Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience Follow all safety, warranty, and dealership procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Utilize dealership technology, inspections, and video tools as required What You Bring Journeyman Automotive Service Technician Strong diagnostic and repair skills Dealership experience is an asset Ford experience is an asset but not required A strong work ethic and willingness to maximize earning opportunities Own tools required to perform automotive repairs Professional attitude and team-first mindset Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Why Peace River Ford? Diagnose, service, and repair customer vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards. Document all repairs clearly and collaborate with service advisors and parts departments to maintain workflow.

Requires automotive service technician experience with a preference for Journeyman or Red Seal certification. Candidates must possess their own tools and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills and a professional attitude.
