<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><b><strong>Golden Standard HQ is looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team servicing short-term rental and vacation properties throughout Mont-Tremblant, La Conception, Mont-Blanc and surrounding areas.</strong></b></p><p>This position primarily involves preparing vacation properties between guest stays. We're looking for people who work efficiently, take pride in their work, and can consistently meet a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.</p><p><b><strong>Compensation: $19.50-$30/hour, based on experience and performance.</strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Cleaning and resetting short-term rental properties between guests</li><li>Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and common areas</li><li>Making beds and preparing linens and towels</li><li>Restocking guest supplies when required</li><li>Following property-specific cleaning checklists</li><li>Reporting damages, maintenance concerns or missing inventory</li><li>Completing properties within scheduled turnover windows</li><li>Helping ensure each property is fully guest-ready before check-in</li></ul><p><b><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Able to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during same-day turnovers</li><li>Reliable transportation to properties throughout the local area</li><li>Weekend availability is an asset</li><li>Professional cleaning or short-term rental experience is an asset, but strong candidates can be trained</li></ul><p>We're looking for dependable people interested in ongoing work, with the opportunity to take on additional hours and responsibilities as our portfolio continues to grow.</p><p><br /></p></div></div>
