*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our financial team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing complex accounting functions, assisting the Controller with financial record-keeping, budgeting, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. *Responsibilities* * Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. * Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation. * Utilize Netsuite ERP and QuickBooks software to record transactions, generate reports, and streamline financial workflows. * Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement. * Preparation of tax returns and other compliance requirements. * Supervise bookkeeper's daily work tasks. * Other duties as assigned by the Controller. *Skills* * Proven analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately. * Proficiency with accounting software platforms such as Netsuite, QuickBooks, or similar systems. * Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills. * Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes. * Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting findings clearly, mandarin preferred.
