The Good Spirit School Division invites applications for Casual Administrative Assistants Applications are now being accepted for Casual Administrative Assistants in all our school communities across the Division. These positions are on-call and as-needed, offering a flexible opportunity to support students and staff. Administrative assistants provide clerical assistance to the principal and staff at the school. These individuals ensure the students "come first" and have the support they need to create a positive, friendly and safe learning environment. Salary Details In Accordance with the CUPE 4784 Collective Agreement Contact Details Donna Court, Receptionist [email protected] (306) 786-5500 The Duties Of An Administrative Assistant Are To Providing clerical assistance to the school. Working collaboratively as a team member, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Other duties as outlined on our website in Job Description: The Successful Candidate Will Have The Desired Qualifications Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent training/experience with strong computer, interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must have patience and compassion and enjoy working with children to create a fun, positive, safe learning environment. Interviews will be conducted upon application. Please note that GSSD may contact informal references not listed in your application package. Applicants not currently working for GSSD will be required to submit a recent (within the last six months) criminal record and vulnerable sector check acceptable to the Board of Education prior to offer of employment.
