The Senior Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the various operating divisions at the White Oak Centre for Social Enterprise and the Environment. What You Will Do * Oversee inventory management, receiving, and shipping of retail supplies to stores. * Maintain stock of commonly used supplies for departments across the White Oak Centre. * Coordinate purchasing of supplies, equipment, and training materials. * Complete year-end inventory balancing and support accounting and audit activities. * Provide operational reporting, data entry, and administrative support for multiple departments. * Identify operational deficiencies through audits, reports, and financial reviews. * Collaborate with departments to standardize processes and administrative practices. * Support Health & Safety programs, inspections, audits, and compliance activities. * Record safety documentation, incident reports, and regulatory requirements. * Coordinate safety tours, drills, meetings, postings, and reporting requirements. * Track corrective actions and support audit readiness across departments. * Serve as the site representative for reception, visitors, phone systems, and office coordination. * Design, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Lead process improvement initiatives related to receiving, inventory flow, dock operations, and safety workflows. * Attend meetings and training sessions as required. * Follow Goodwill’s policies and Health & Safety guidelines. * Perform additional duties in support of various operating divisions as assigned. What We Are Looking For * Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. * Ability to learn and navigate multiple software platforms and web-based tools. * Excellent organizational and administrative skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Presentation and facilitation skills. * Experience maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and generating reports. * Strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities. * Ability to coordinate multiple priorities across different departments. * Experience working with Health & Safety policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. * Experience purchasing supplies and equipment. * Experience supporting accounting functions and operational reporting. * Ability to work a flexible schedule based on departmental requirements. * Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 20 kg. * Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance. * Acceptable Criminal Reference Check. * Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational support role providing accurate and timely operational reporting. * Experience with Health & Safety administration and compliance requirements. * Experience with purchasing and inventory processes. * Experience supporting accounting-related functions. * Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
